Project Positive Health - School Version

School from home requires us to be sitting in one place for prolonged periods while focusing on a screen, the postures assumed by us can relax or cause physical stress. At the same time, focusing on a screen has both physical and psychological effects which are being observed as harmful in the long run. Psychological stress is evident in student’s behavior in the form of irritability, anger, frustration and lack of interest and concentration in studies. Weight gain, unhealthy eating habits, emotional dysregulation and low stress tolerance are all significant concerns which parents and students are finding hard to deal with.

Manasthali aims to bring in Positive Health by means of simple and practical solutions, envisaged by experts in the field of physical and mental health medicine which can help adapting to the hybrid education system soon to become a new normal in post covid world.
